Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

The sterile milk filter paper sold by bluebeier is a single-use, sterile-sealed industrial consumable where product quality and hygiene are critical. For hygiene and quality-assurance reasons, except as set out in this policy, we generally do not accept returns without cause.

2. When returns apply

• The product has a quality defect or does not match the specification or quantity you ordered;
• Damage occurred in transit (photos of the unopened package and the batch number are required);
• We shipped the wrong model or specification.

3. When returns do not apply

• Products that have been opened, used, or whose sterile packaging has been broken;
• OEM / custom-moulded products made to your specification;
• Clearance or sale items (unless they have a quality defect).

4. Quality issue process

Within 7 business days of delivery, contact us at hello@bluebeier.com or via the "Contact Us" page, and include photos, the batch number and a description of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment account (via PayPal or WinToPay), usually within 5–10 business days of our confirmation. Actual timing depends on the payment institution and your bank.

6. Cross-border returns

Because our products are exported across borders, returning physical goods is costly and slow. For confirmed quality issues we normally resolve the matter by photo evidence plus refund / replacement rather than asking you to ship the goods back, saving both parties time and cost.

7. Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund; after shipment they are handled under the return policy above.
